Speccing/Pricing up a custom built pc

Posted this in a CPU deal thread earlier, but it went dead unfortunately :P.

Anyway, I'm looking to build a PC for gaming - but have around about a £750 budget. I've checked out a few places and this is what I've come up with from ebuyer.

I'm completely out of the loop with building PC's (haven't since I built one with a brand new nvidia 5700 for reference) so I'm hoping you guys can let me know if I've got any incompatibilities or bottle-necks with this potential setup:

Qty Product Description QuickFind Cost (ex VAT) Line Cost
1 x Coolermaster Sileo Quiet Case With 500W Extreme Power Plus PSU *Special Offer Bundle* 167439 £68.07 £68.07
1 x HIS HD 5770 1GB GDDR5l DVI HDMI Display Port Out PCI-E Graphics Card 191864 £104.42 £104.42
1 x Crucial 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz/PC3-10600 Memory Kit CL9 1.5V 166995 £67.22 £67.22
1 x Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L P55 Socket 1156 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard 174499 £61.58 £61.58
1 x Intel Core i5 750 2.66GHz Socket LGA1156 8MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor 172755 £128.46 £128.46
1 x Samsung EcoGreen F2 1.5TB Hard Drive SATAII 32MB Cache - OEM 166989 £62.29 £62.29
1 x LiteOn IHAS124-19 24x DVD±RW SATA DL & RAM Internal SATA Black Bare Drive - OEM 176026 £15.20 £15.20
1 x Acer X223HQB 22" Widescreen LCD TFT Monitor 1920x1080 300cd/m2 20,000:1 (Dynamic) 5ms VGA 188601 £93.60 £93.60

I may even have some vital component (aside from m+k) missing.

Anyway, its not meant to be a COMPLETE powerhouse as I will be upgrading the RAM and Gcard as time goes by...

Any tips would be very welcome ^_^

Looks good to me, although I'd spend a little more on the monitor to get one with a digital input.

You're missing a sound system from that list.
if youre gaming - dont get a sound system - get wireless heads

the hard drive - not too sure about read/write speeds for gaming

i suggest you keep it, but consider a faster drive, something like a 250gb raptor or something - again, youll have to do research
The reason I'm getting the case above is because it includes a PSU and it seemed like a good deal. Unless the PSU is insufficient...?

As for the sound system, I have some spare speakers kicking about right now - but thanks for the heads up ^_^

I'll have a look into the HDD. Thanks Kapows!
The hard drive will be fine, it's obviously not used much during the game and all a faster one will do is increase level loading times a bit.

I'm using a 500GB Western Digital Caviar Green.
