Dry it out. turn upside down and let it all dry up - I spilt milk on my one a couple of years ago, on key that doesnt work too well is the "C" - I have had another laptop since. The old one still works fine tho'.

I did this once with apple juice. I had to unscrew the laptop and take the keys out to clean the insides. Worked fine after this! Much cheaper than buying a new laptop.

P.S. you could always connect a usb keyboard as a temporary solution

You can get electrical contact spray from Maplins, around £5 I think. It might work.

You could try going into Maplins and ask for advice - but make sure it's not at the front desk, go down to the trade counter as they sometimes know what they're selling!

As Spriggan said you can plug in a USB keyboard to use otherwise use the on-screen keyboard in the meantime. Replacement keyboards for laptops cost between £30-100 depending on the make and model if you'd rather go down that route.
