Spilt some Blackcurrant squash on the carpet

Spilt some Blackcurrant squash on the carpet last night, at 4am lol.

GOt most of it up via the old dabbing with paper towels etc, it is on a orangey carpet, so it is only the rough outline left visible.

What can i use to remove the rest of it?

whoops!
shame it isn't still wet, could have poured salt on it.. i know this works with red wine so could work with blackcurrant...mabe? lol, still not much use now, erm, a spray called 1001 for carpets usually gets everything my toddler throws at the carpet out... try that.

I did exactly the same on my cream carpet and found this remedy on the net, the stain totally vanished instantly

1 part bleach to 10 parts water + quarter cup washing liquid/powder
(I used 15ml measures so 1 x 15ml of bleach and 10 x 15ml of water)

Use a sponge to apply it then once finished with the bleach solution use fresh water to remove any suds etc and use kitchen paper towels or tea towels to dry

Hope it works for you
