I dont expect them to win it, but obviously they are are top 4 team and deserve their chance. They were in the Semi Finals the last time they were in the European cup
#5
Can get to the quarters IMO
#6
Dont think they will get to the group stages.
#7
they can only try and emulate what Leeds Utd did, they have the players after weve trained them

its what we have to do while we get back on good financial terms again, its a shame to see good players go but if its for the long term benefit of the club then so be it

although i have a feeling bates may be syphoning some of it off into monaco:x

its good to see other teams breaking up the so called big 4

Hopefully there wil be no emulation.

Spurs are far too big for League 1.

Yeah you want to watch Harry, he'll leave you bust, Pompey, Saints, West Ham to name but a few all ended up in the red after a stint of his:santa:

Yeah none of the other clubs saw it coming neither, kind of a bad history of leaving before clubs which have had good runs under his reign go into financial meltdown:whistling:

Agreed.

Spurs have plenty of money. A few brown paper bags wouldnt go amis anyway and lets be fair, we're hardly likely to end up in League 1 like happens to small clubs who can't afford to pay their way.

Dont be so bitter. You sound like a Leeds fan.

He won Pompey the Cup didnt he?

Lets just hope they win the qualifier for the sake of all couch potatoes who are going to extreme lengths to watch their tv's in peace

wouldnt be so quick to count your chickens, youve got arguably the largest squad in the premiership with a lot if them older mature players. your wage bill must be quite high and you dont have the international appeal of leeds utd.... :whistling:

add bournemouth to that list as well...... thats 4 clubs hes ruined lol

Oh yeah coincidence I think not, 4 clubs, 4 financial wrecks, just an observation, quite a record...............

Guv Avram was better than Harry ever was, it's about loyalty not winning, as spurs know.....

This thread is full of drug abusers? Wut?

My armchair costs more than your season ticket (serious).

OK...... I'm sure Avram in the Championship and Harry in the european Championship is a real club wrecker.

Harry is a barrow boy. Wont hear me say any different. Look to Peter Story for your scape goat at Pompey though.

I dont doubt it, although i'd be more impressed if instead of spending more than £420 on a comfortable armchair, you actually spent the money on actually going to watch the spuds(serious).

Why does it bother you? I think we've already established the fact I've seen my team far more times than you've seen yours (though admittedly, I've not had the priviledge of 3rd tier football) and seen them win several domestic trophies and european. You do know your team plays at grounds other than the council stadium don't you? Give me a shout when you've seen your team play on 65 different ground.

BTW where's sleepy? Being a bit brave not hunting in pairs aren't you?

It doesnt bother me, i was just passing on my observations
I didnt realise you were so touchy regarding the matter.

BTW, dont feel like youre the hunted, im not a hunter.

That wasn't an observation. You were telling me you had a season ticket with a team that sell them cheap and easily obtainable. Let me know when you have a waiting list of 30,000 for one and I'll reconsider your jibes.

I didnt realise you were so touchy regarding the matter.

You've confused. I was asking how many other stadiums you've seen your team play at. Why so evasive every time I ask this sort of question...... Oh wait... youve only been to one ground! :w00t:

BTW, dont feel like youre the hunted, im not a hunter.

OK. You don't hunt, but I'm guessing its something similar sounding!

maybe we can get this duo to do another song for us now there could be a number one lol

Inb4 the usual excuses, change of subject or personal abuse.

Though to be fair, its so insignificant I'm surprised anyone would even be interested in it..... or maybe a tad embarrassed by it.
#40
this is the ideal platform for them to remain in top 4 or 5 every season they have a good team and would expect them to add a couple of players that wouldnt sign for them before because of lack of champions league qualification
