  Stags are well welcomed in the toon! especially by me ;) You will have a cracking time, and if you don't you need to get your cardi and slippers out and withdraw from the party scene!
  Try the Casino, its mint :)
  and if you wanna get laid, try the pigg market....lasses will have anyone in there! (i never go there though ;) )

  Ok ,it was about a hundred years ago when I went there .
  
  Anybody remember those places ? are are they all DEAD ?

  I went on ny hen night, went to Sea Nightclub right on the front !! Great place....for Dance music !

  Yeah , I know they've all gone , Mayfairs now the Gate .Not sure what happened to the rest . I used to drink in the Toon , many , many years ago. I was brought up just 5 miles away in Whickham and worked at one of the bike shops on Westgate Road ... Harry Wood's to be honest , so was in the town on a regular basis.

  i remember the Oxford and the mayfair met my first love there brings back memories at the Oxford there was a big band somebody smith and a group Jimmy foster trio if anyone remembers back then and the name of the band there welcome to contact me would be great to meet people who also went there and a bouncer big pete great times
