Has anyone tried it and what feedback do you have... I'm looking for people that have done it and not people who have opitions on something that they have not tried.

I understand from others that it's really easy to put the weight back on (and as much again) after spending a certain amount of time following this plan...

Feedback would be appriciated

I haven't tried it but just wanted to ask why would you eat ice cream every day? If you cut that out wouldn't you potentially lose more?

I understand that its all to do with the breaking down of food so maybe it is needed for it to work that way !

thats why i couldnt do it i dont like much on it ill stick with weight watchers this is my 3rd week and 10lb off wahey :thumbsup:

This is nothing more than a type of detox, I use it to lose 10lbs before my medical. All you are doing is shedding excess water, you will put about 5lbs back on within 5 days. Use it to start your diet to give you a confidence booster and then stick to a normal low fat calorie controlled diet or switch to a "carb curfew" diet. A carb curfew diet is when you don't eat carbohydrates with your evening meal, you have a limited amount at lunch instead. I lost over 45lbs in 9 months doing the carb curfew, I think it was the Joanna Hall Diet.

Not doing to bad.... stuck to it like glue (had a boiled egg and a slice of dry bread for lunch today ):? dont get weighed until the morning but I will be undating the thread one way or another :thumbsup:

I did this last year...only lost about 6lbs because I never blooming stuck to it, I got fed up of hot dogs and ritz crackers haha

Well I'm having my last thing (ice cream and melon...) before I get weighed in the morning... i will be happy if i have lost 5lb.. that will make it worth it:thumbsup:

I'm happy with that result......has given me the incentive to carry on for the next 4 days eating healthly... not going to go mad either way. This way I will hopefully lose my 2 stone before my sisters wedding in april:thumbsup:

Thats why I'm happy with 4lb as oppose to the 10lb that it says you can lose.....doing it slowly gets better results :giggle:

4lbs in 3 days isnt a lot?? :thinking: I obviously dont know my diets! I dont poo that amount in 3 days lol.

10 lbs would definately be too much in that time though. Good for you though...;-)

I will still be doing it 3 days on and 4 days off until i reach my goal... this is fine to do

Thanks.....I became hungry about an hour for my next meal thats it really...No difference with sleeping pattern.... and not any more tired than I'm normally... it has also given me the incentive not to snack between meals (on my 4 days off) as I was really only doing this out of bordom.


I did not be any exercise to speak of... i'm sure if you combine it with exercise then you can loose the 10lb but personnally I think that is to much.


This diet is given to heavily overwieght people to get them down to a weight safe enough for operations in a short space of time

most likely just water weight and your body adjusting to the new diet then actual fat loss, good luck on new diet.

Just to let you know, as per title, BMI isnt measured by percentage, its just statistical measurement which compares a person's weight and height. It is body fat percentage that is measured by % which is a different thing to BMI. E.g. you could lose body fat but gain muscle and your BMI could go up due to muscle weighing more than fat. So if its fat loss you are after then body fat % is what you want to look at, whereas if its overall body weight (which is made up of muscle,fat,bone,water etc...) you want to lose then a lower score on BMI would be better.
Anyhow, very well done on the weight loss so far, and good luck with the rest of the diet Frill :)

Back on the 3 days again......Lost another 2lb on my 4 days "off" so very suprised....will have to see what Thursday morning brings:thumbsup:

not sure i could stick with that diet.... i love my food too much for a start...and i dont eat tuna with out mayo and cant stand cottage cheese haha!! i would do very well but well done to every one that has lost weight on this diet or another !!! keep it up girls and guys!!!! :)

Oh I have just had a hard boiled egg and a slice of dry bread... today is the worse day but at least I know its over tonight for another 4 days :-D Will update thread in the morning if I have lost any more or not :thumbsup:

hi, the main flaw i can see in this 'diet' is there is gonna be no change of eating habits at all.. at the moment you hate the 'diet days' and love the eating normal days....so once you reach your desired weight your going to ditch the diet days and eat 'normally' again......guess whats gonna happen then :p

long term weight loss requires a permanent change of eating habits and exercise ...not a 'diet' :thumbsup:


oh..well done for what you have achieved though
