If you are unsure about food then get rid.

Its going to be dificult for anyone to give you an honest opinion unless they are food specialists.

Just throw it, why risk a nasty food bug!!

ive got a stinking cold and cant smell anything, think i will just give it a miss,i really fancied a bacon sarnie too:x
#8
cook it and taste a little, if not right bin it, if nice.... enjoy!

It's fine. It is to do with the meat and the air oxidising. All fresh bacon is pink, and then turns a browny colour like you have. It just means it's possibly a week or so old. Nothing wrong with it, just make a sarnie, and use BROWN sauce.

Wrong !! As a southerner, it was always red sauce, but living in the Midlands the weapon of choice seems to be brown. My Mum, a Yorkshire lass says it's brown sauce the further north you go ?????

That's about the perfect combo. Let's not get into BBQ sauce on bacon, egg and sausage barms/batches/rolls etc....
