Have taken pic on phone. Will be a while before I get it on here though

You just need to retune your channels. The Freeview channel mapping changed last week.

When I updated Freeview this week the channels were all over the place (on Humax), but after three or four channel updates it set itself properly.

Great.

BUT what has that got to do with abusive titles on my TV guide?

I just turned on my TV / Humax and all is ok. As you said, there is no way to edit the channel titles. So I'm at a loss. I am wondering if someone is having a laugh at the over-the-air software update section at Humax? You know that some boxes received new software during last week (this usually happens during the night). Try doing a manual software update to see if the issue gets resolved. If not, don't have the TV on when the vicar calls. :)
