Student loans repayment - help!

I have just received my student loans repayment and it shows a repayment of £0, even though my P60 states I paid £1,800. On closer inspection, it says it's for tax year 2009-2010. Is this right?! Why would they send me a repayment statement for two years ago?
I've had problem after problem with these incompetent fools, so if someone can confirm this is how they do it, that would be good! I don't want to phone them up as last time I did, they started telling me I owed them over £3000 in the next 7 days or they'd take me to court, but could give no reason why!!!

I take it you didn't study finance at uni
Finance has nothing to do with it! Why would I be sent a statement for tax year 2009/2010 when the 2010/2011 tax year has passed? Answer the question if you're so damn clued up!

Is it right that they've sent me a statement for 2009/2010 rather than 2010/2011?

They are the worst company I've ever dealt with! I sent them a cheque for over £7k to pay off my first loan... took them over a year to admit they'd received and banked it! I refuse to phone them as it only ever leads to problems (like demanding £3k for no reason)!

Can you use this to buy a DFS car?

Send them a letter asking for explanation? Then just forget about it if you have all your documentation saved.
I wouldn't stress over it, lots of people are incompetent, life's too short to lt it get to you too much.

I got my letter today. It was for the period 2009 to 2010 so the amount paid only refers to this tax year. So you perhaps have not repaid anything for that year yet.
It says on the back you can check your balance on their website.
