  When I was pregnant I discovered magicool. Ice cold air in an aerosol. I like to sleep with the duvet over me but if I get hot, a couple of blasts of magicool on the back of my neck, over my chest and under my feet and I am instantly cooled down. Don't know if you can spray the stuff on men's bits if you get hot down below.
