I can't get on with false tan at all,it always looks errr false lol

Fake bake was sooooooo streaky on my legs:w00t:

Drink a lot of water that helps your skin:thumbsup:

Get burning, you'll see off those pesky spot quite quickly and replace them with a lovely skin cancer. Plus you might damage your eyes if you don't wear proper protection.

Ironically your brain will still be ok.

Plus you will end up with premature wrinkles.

Which is strange considering nobody uses a sun lamp on their scrotum.

Argos used to sell those lamps years ago , had 4 or 5 mini tubes with a timer . I bought one and still have it .I had greasy spotty skin and the lamp DID work at getting rid of the spots . I did about 10 to 15 mins a night for a week every 2 or 3 months, my face went red , then tanned within days . Not heavily brown or burnt , just a gentle tan . Yes ,they did work.

Same here!, just make sure you ALWAYS wear eye protection as you can literally' burn your eyeballs' !! my friend done this and said it was so painful (like 'welders flash') said she felt like she had a tonne of sand in her eyes !!
Start of with say a minute (depending if fair or dark skin also) and gradually increase time , BUT like all things ' fine in moderation' , good luck , ps put plenty of moisturiser on afterwards , i recommend 'oil of ulay ' x:thumbsup:

I used then for years in my 20s also spent hour upon hour using little protection in the sun for months on end....couple of years ago ended up a large mole taken off my face that I was told was cancer......after it had been removed...nearly ended up having to have a large portion of skin taken away for preventive reasons as well but got lucky and they said it was not necessary, but a massive wake up call for me.

Personally I would avoid, use the fake stuff for the effect or get a good skin care routine if thats what you are worried about

I have known two people who have used light therapy uvb for skin complaints.
See below for couple sources of info.
The trick is to maximize the effect while minimizing the side effect of skin aging/damage.
