Not had the leaflet yet, they did say that it would quiten down a bit and then flare up after about 50 days. Also said that it will die off in the summer and then come back in the autumn, but that gives them longer to make vacines etc.

All guess work though because they havent dealt with it before they cant predict totally accurately

not had one in Rhondda Cynon Taff either. both hubby and me have really bad flu him since last Wednesday he got a lot worse over the weekend phoned our local prime care as he works on the trains and with a couple of people who just got back from Mexico, prime care refused point blank to see him told me to give him lemsip, NHS direct were just as bad , finally managed to see our GP yesterday turns out he has toncilitus and put on antibiotics. But hubbby just had to share it with me..lol

awwww, so generous of him to share like that...lol

leaflets received in the northwest
what a waste of money to get them all printed as they are usless and all the information is on the news and internet for free.

No wonder the economy is going down seeing that the goverment waste £7million on these leaflets
#20
Not recd the leaflet here yet in Berks, and only 1 confirmed case where I live so far
#21
Yes, got mine yesterday in N Cornwall. I read it. You have to have a 'flu buddy' Haha.:-D

I also went to see my doc day before ( unrelated matter) and he wasn't very impressed with all the fuss.
I thhink it's probably quite a good idea to have this practise run.
The pandemic will happen at some time. It could be this swine flu virus mutating for this winter but I doubt it.

he could have bloody kept it! but then again he had MAN FLU!..LOL
Surely what info is on the leaflets is just common sense anyways, cover you mouth if you cough, sneeze in to a tissue etc are people that bad these days that they need a bit of paper to tell them these things?

Government wasting money they really need to be spending elsewhere. It's ridiculous.

You know how men are when they're ill. They're always dying lol

lol but I heard so much about it all and didn't need a leaflet.
I even read what might happen if I got it as I'm pregnant, apprantly there is 1 of the 2 drugs they using to treat it,that apparantly you can inhale and isn't meant to cross the placenta or something.

You would definitely read the leaflet if that was in the offing.:w00t:
How to build a swine-proof shelter. How to tell if bombardment is imminent. What to do with unexploded ordnance.

This one been high up above the belly button mainly in the day when I'm sat about in particular,it lays different ways, been like that since 16wks,real close to the front too,you can see the outline at times,so even though I no idea which end is which I can see it's growing bigger by the week.
It lays low when I'm laid down but soon as I'm out of bed it start making it's way up again.

Been a while since baby in the house, others 6 and 8,can't wait till he/she is here.

It'll be wonderful hon... they say boys stretch out to the sides and girls sit up high at the front like that lol

Of course it's prolly just because theres lots of room inside as you've been pregnant before. I know my last two were both breech, they didn't wanna settle down into position at all.

My hubby says they come out with their ass to the world cos that's just what they think of it lol

Yeh there loads of old wives tales on what the woman is carrying,I did think a boy early on,as thought of choc and other things sweet made me feel sick, and I craved spicy foods but now it's all passed that and I no food craving at all now,I'm clueless.

Hope no breech or any odd positions once closer to the time,I'm meant to be having at home. They do try and move them here if breech but all health trusts are different.
