Neither me or my kids will be having it. I don't think it's been tested for long enough.
#10
If youre unsure about having it ,Google how we only have 5 ECMO beds in the UK and they are all in leicester,

I agree, same thoughts here - who knows side effects down the line?
#13
No thanks, I'll take my chances with the flu rather than take my chances with the vaccine.
#14
Well swine flu has been tested enough
"The death toll for the UK is now 137. And there are currently 751 people in hospital suffering from the virus, of which 157 are in intensive care"
Rather not put my kids through that,

Maybe but in 2001

"More than 3,000 people a year are taken to casualty after falling over laundry baskets"

so ergo be afraid of doing the washing more than swine flu thats what i tell the missus when i don't do it

Just wait a few months until they try to cover up the serious side effects/deaths from the vaccine.

They want to give it to preggie women ......ridiculous!!!!!!!!
#28
As many as 12% of the population are predicted to get the virus in the coming months - although for children it could be as high as one in three.

Difficult call, pregnant women are at more risk from swine flu. But they have no idea how it could affect the child.

I have friends in the medical profession, one who is actually giving the vaccination to people. Not one of them has decided to have it. That's how confident they are with this.

My son and a few friends have had swine flu and are fine.

My son has a low immune system and he's already had swine flu. It was just like normal flu, and despite all the media stories almost making me worry myself to death incase he got it, it turns out that it was no harder to look after him than if he had normal flu. Whilst they may have done the 6 months testing on the vaccine (or however long it is), I personally don't feel there's been long enough to discover whether there are any delayed effects, or long term effects from the vaccine.

But like all other things, people have to do what they think is right for themselves or their children.
#32
no point, i dont plan on catching it

No one has really been truly diagnosed with swine flu tho ....thousands have had a very bad cold and have been treated with swine flu symptoms. No swab test or anything so how can they monitor this realistically?
