does anyone else use t-mobile, and find that the services that should be available on the 'my account' section just dont work!? Been with t-mobile for 2 months now and the top up section on my account has never worked. Sent 3 emails and had no reply. Cant get out of the house much so i need to be able to top up online and its just rubbish! Every link i try goes to a "selfserve side error". Why cant they just fix it! argh!!
