T-Mobile - Customer Service.....shocking!

Just rang T-Mobile with regards to a refund...what a set of retards!
I will NEVER EVER buy T-£$%^ carp-Mobile again.

Anyone else had bad experience with them?

I always had a good talk with t mobile, always rectifying mistakes by adding credit to my acc

Definately had issues. My Dad dying and us cancelling his phone was the most recent...

They wanted to speak to him for the cancellation :o

I had put my t-mobile contract in for cancellation, a few days later i remembered i needed my PAC code. So phoned up and requested it. The woman says are you leaving t-mobile then? :lol:, even though i had put a request to cancel my contract and she told me it says nothing on the system in regards to that so i had to cancel again.

Another thing is , they have poor reception.

They rang me to say they had received my mobile that i had returned..and was then put through to another department...returns i think.
The woman was asking me how much i had paid...I said i ordered the phone from you....your ringing me to sort out the refund and now your asking me how much i had paid? I did tell her eventually however she for some reason went all funny with me.

T-Mobile...im on my third 18month contract with them, and have a secondary contract which has been renewed twice now as well for my mum. Then my girlfriend is also with tmobile on her third contract of 18months again (i usually bargain for her over the phone).
And the few problems ive had over the years have always been rectified on the following months bill.

Never had a problem with them, even got them to not repair but replacement one of my handsets 4 times in a 6month window!
