i have just gotten off the phone for the 3rd time to some idiot at t mobiles call centre.
I think its just the typical spreadsheet carryon and they are just indians but providing english names as they have no scooby
1st call - employee hung up ater i gave name
2nd call - employee took 3 trys to get my name and even spelling it was a pain in the a**
3rd call - employee had no clue and i had to confirm the mobile number 3x and verify PAYG like 3x as she kept thinking i was on contract though i specifically called the PAYG and confirmed i needed PAYG assistance. 10 mins later i got bored of hearing same stuff and hung up!
I might pop into a tmobile shop but im more than certain they will just say its a phone problem and i will need to phone tmobile myself which puts me back at square one
Are there any tmobile staffers around? or someone who could point me in the direction of a local british call centre for tmobile?
