I was with T Mobile for over a year on their Flex 35 tariff, a month ago I decided to sign up to their U-Fix tariff renewing my contract. However I cancelled within 14 days and went on a PayG tariff.
Just got a letter from Natwest this morning saying T-Mobile tried to take £143.77 and as I had insufficient funds I have been charged £38.00. Called T-Mobile and they said they have not charged me anything.
Went into my bank to get the relevant proof - statement, reference number (and I obviously have the original letter I received through the post.)
Would anyone know anything about the complaints procedure regarding T-Mobile? Any help is greatly appreciated.
