T Mobile Nightmare - Help needed please

Hi guys,

I wonder if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having with T-Mobile please? Some may remember that they were doing some good deals when the HTC Desire was released.

Mrs Morrk got the deal:

£25 per month
for 18 months
Phone price : £129 with 600 minutes and 500 texts.

The problem we're now having is that T-Mobile are denying these deals ever existed and she has been charged ~£100 for the last 3 months when she has been within her allowance and should not have paid any more than the stated £25.

I've only found the above link this evening and am hoping that this will prove that we aren't lying but was hoping if anybody knows of any concrete evidence I can throw at them to sort their stupid mess out?

Nothing on the confirmation e-mails received confirmed the detail of the tariff.

There aren't any tariff's at £100, so she must be going over something ??

You don't note any data above, how much do you get on the plan?

A stock Desire can use 2 to 10 meg a day if you don't switch off some/all of the data services...

T-Mobile were telling me in Mid-April that they would be able to offer me the phone for free on a £25pm tariff while retaining the same allowance + unlimited internet, but when my upgrade day came on May 5th, they steadfastly refused to do it for £25pm unless I shelled out a substantial amount for the phone. They've not been doing it for below £30pm ever since.

As far as your price plan, if you have never received any written confirmation of your priceplan and have never made an issue of that with T-Mobile, then that's a fault on your part for not chasing that up at the time. They've always sent me a clear outline of my allowance when I've re-signed. Saying that, log into your account on the T-Mobile website and it will tell you exactly what your package is.

As far as steve1221's question goes, all Desires come with unlimited data.

I'm sorry I should have been clearer, the tariff she signed up for was 600mins, unlimited txt's (using free bolt on) and unlimited internet (3GB fair usage).

They are saying that, that deal never existed for £25 and are saying she only gets 300mins which she has gone over, but under the 600 she should be entitled to.

Just spoken to them now about this. This account has been a complete mess from the very start, it was correct for a couple of weeks but they were charging for data. In an attempt to fix this they reduced the package to 300mins, 300txts ( Like that's going to help lol)

They are now admitting the original package and all should be sorted I hope.
