I was looking through the £2 T shirts and the only one I could get was the Jedward one!

Ordered it Monday and was delivered Wed in a large jiffy bag via 1st class post.

My question is how can they sell these for such a cheap price? any ideas. The T shirt came from Coventry and is quite good quality considering!

They're all made in China/Bangladesh etc with workers earning pennies an hour. That's how.

Yes but i would guess that it cost at least £1 to send. I cant see them getting it for lss than £1 so how can they make any money on these?

They had quite a few on the site!

Well a lot of times where prices seem lower than expected, is usually because of the company wanting to get rid of the stock, for example if the stock is not selling, they need to get rid of it at a cheaper price, even if it means not making a profit.

they would be making profit on other items etc or as darkknight says just old stock that they are looking to shift. You wouldnt know how much these companies are paying for the tees if they are buying in bulk even at £2 they could still be making a profit after postage

I think they are probably hoping you will see something else you like whilst buying it.

Postage would be 90p large letter. But they will get reduced rates because they send in bulk with PPI. They are probably shifting stock now jedward's popularity is waining, plus for £2 they got themselves a customer to now mail to.
