please please can anyone help me.
ok 2 months ago i moved into a new flat , talk talk was the telephone service provider so i called them and resumed the line.
i have since tried to get broadband from them and have since found out someone had previously had bt broadband and i would need to get a mac code or the line cleared from bt.
so i called bt and asked for the above and was told they cannot give me a mac code as i was not the account holder of the bt line/broadband before talk talk took over the line.
the also told me they cant just clear the line of the marker (which belongs to bt??)
so i called talk talk and they told me there is nothing they can do to clear the line as it is bt`s marker.
so i asked talk talk if they can just start a new line for me that was clear? but they said they cant , i would have to start phone service with bt then switch to them.
please can anyone help me with this,its been 2 months now and i am so frustrated , and dont know what else i can do.
