Basically I setup a package with Talk talk. They haven't gone forward with it, because there already is an existing package on there under somebody elses name. They said I would need to cancel the existing and start another one even though I signed up online, nothings really happened till yesterday where I got passed around 15 times to different departments who didn't know what to do. Finally I go through to someone and was very unhelpful. So I went straight to BT who are taking the line over and will have it up and running on Tuesday.
What position does this leave me in with Talk Talk? What should I do?
