If you buying any of the more expensive kits,be careful that you follow the instructions carefully and do not leave on longer than said.

Tried lots of different ones from the high street, none made a real noticeable difference, then found www.smile-brighter.com - really, really good for me. Good luck!

I use Blanx toothpaste and I rate it very well. Cost about £7 from Boots, Tesco and the likes.

Yes, I use this too, I think it's the best toothpaste for keeping your teeth white.

When I stopped smoking I used hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel along with teeth moulds. It worked great. you can get them from your dentist or you can buy them from ebay.

Likely does go out of date, everything goes out of date these days, you get in toiletries a lid symbol and it says 12M,meaning once opened use within 12 mths.
It should surely say on packaging.

no problem, mine not too good these days.

Yeh I no idea if they will be effective, but if they got bleaching agents or whatever, then I'd recommend that you don't if you had a while in your house.

I've never used anything like this just I know of someone who did a kit and left it too long and they got sore gums.

You can get them from chemists - online and also from ebay, I go to usa every year so I pick them up there because they are slightly cheaper but they definately sell them over here

40 strips for upper teeth and 20 for lower
so easy to use and o/h likes because I have to keep quiet for 20 minutes:thumbsup:

Its actually carbomide peroxide gel at 35% solution, This works out to about 12% hydrogen peroxide solution. I wouldn't know about using peroxide in its pure form as it could cause a chemical burn on your gums
