Hi Everyone,
I recently ordered a product on Amazon from a seller called TEMAinformatica and they dispatched the product on the 15th December via a company called Correos. I googled them and saw that they are a spanish company and that the product has been dispatched from Spain! O_o
Has anyone had any issues with TEMAinformatica before? They won't reply to any of my messages.
Also, how long does it usually take to get to the UK from Spain via Correos?
Also, will it arrive by Royal Mail?
Please Help.

I ordered a few items from this seller as well, and for one of them I was lucky enough to get a reply from TEMAinformatica with a tracking number (also for correos). I don't think theyre replying to emails anymore as they have stopped selling on amazon, but my tracked package now says its gone from Spain to Frankfurt. Is this normal considering it needs to end up in the UK?

EDIT: They also dispatched mine on the 15th December

I also emailed them via their email on their website and got a reply (in very bad English) along the lines of 'we arent sending any of the items as amazon blocked our payments' but Im not sure if that only applied to items that hadnt been dispatched yet. Very hard to get any useful information from this company. The prices seemed too good to be true and they probably were :p

According to Amazon TEMAinformatica are not one of their sellers anymore.

As far as I am aware 'Correos' is the post office in Spain ie their equivalent of Royal Mail, you post things in the 'Correos' box. Once it reaches the uk it will be dealt with by royal mail, just like it would do if you sent a post card from Spain. Delivery will obviously be affected by the holidays but fingers crossed it shows up soon. :)

Glad the info helped, it took Amazon about a week to sort my claim out.

I got my money back instantly.

Yep the correos is Spain's normal mail service so you'll probably be waiting a while especially over Xmas period.

I bought something that ended up being dispatched from Spain (unbeknown to me!) albeit not from Amazon. It was posted 12th December and first delivery was attempted on 18th so didn't take too long. It went via Frankfurt as well and was then delivered by Royal Mail.

I ordered a cpu for a cell phone from a seller in Spain and the next day the tracking showed accepted now it's 5 days later and still no change from accepted. Its thought correos. I didn't think much about it coming from Spain because I have ordered many parts from China and get them in 3 days
