Temporary Car Insurance? Uhhh

Right.

Im with Tesco Car Insurance, I have 1 year NCB, and will be getting my 2nd in November.

I wanna buy a Seat Leon FR (Diesel) but the buggers wont upgrade my insurance because im not 21!

So, I am seeking out 3 months insurance until I get my 2 years NCB. Will this work? Also anyone know how I can get this done cheaply or a way around this?

Many thanks :)

I had the same problem a few years back, had a 54Reg Corsa Design, and Upgraded to a Brand new Astra TwinTop Convertible and the company I was with wanted something like 4k to insure it. lol , so had to cancel and go with someone else in the end and lost the extra no claims.

Think I will probs get it, SoRN it, and just wait...Seems like the sensible thing to do after a bit of searching :(

Take it to the post office to get a refund, might need your V5 too never done it. Let me know if you needed it though, I had my tax stolen off my motorbike.

thats nice do you pull over and let the people in the faster ferraris go past you? Best advice is to wait 3 months to get no claims before going with someone else

Have you somewhere secure to keep it? Wouldn't want to leave an fr on the drive with no insurance...

my other advice to you get rid of that tesco insurance nothing but a shower of sharks no matter what you want or ask they are not interested except your cash plenty of other companys out ther doing far better deals than them. so just wait till your two years are up then shop around.
