Purchased a window vacuum on the 1Jan and haven't received any other updates about the order ever since.
I know they must be very busy because Christmas/New year break but it seems a bit too disappointing. In stock item not being dispatched after 12 days?? No retailers could beat them.

Anyone has any other experience with them?

Yes I think it's quite common the "outlet" store are run separately, same for Clarks outlet I think. But anyway for an online retailer the packing/dispatching department of karcher outlet really needs serious improvement. My guess is their outlet store is running on a very limited margin so they just can't afford hiring more staff etc.

I've had to email this morning just had reply and they told me basically to wait till item is dispatched rubbish service

Same here E-mailed them three times with first two replies were exactly the same asking me to wait and I would be emailed when dispatched etc the third time they gave me an due delivery date which is the coming money the 16th however still yet not received any dispatching confirmation.

I would rather the customer service team, which seems reply emails quite prompt, is sent to do packing as well.
