I failed the first time but the second time I filled one in I thought of supporting people and looking out for others and then I passed! These are daft questions in my eyes as you can keep handing them in time after time so what's the point in doing this system in the first place?!

lol..anyways cheers 4 replyin blood

tesco don't take much notice of the questionnaire, when you go for an interview just be calm and be honest and you will get in :) i been with them 4 years (nearly) and i got turned down twice, but got in 3rd time :)

I can't believe they are still using these! lol

They don't look at the answers. The have a kind of template that goes over the circles, that then indicates points. If you are below a certain amount, they won't call you for an interview.
I know this from some managment training I had with them....unfortunately, I no longer work for them and cannot remember for the life of me the answers....

Good luck anyway!

Good luck anyway. Don't worry if you don't, just apply again and make a note of what you put down before so you don't mark circles around those ones again lol!!!! It's a joke as who can tell what person you are from these?? I think it depends on what mood you are when you fill the app out imo. Get some drink down you and see what you put then!!!

The interview that I went to was a joke. It was a group interview and everyman and his dog went. They even supplied water (for the dogs that is!!!) Sorry, been on the wine tonight!!!:w00t:

I can't remember filling in a questionnaire, though I went through Job Seekers so might have been different. Went for the interview was working the next Monday.

Old thread bump lol, it's amazing the amount of people that say the Questionnaire does not matter, if you don't get this correct you have no chance of getting an interview !

Anyone seen a copy lately of the answers ? (Template etc)

It's a pity you have to go through this and get so many answers in the correct way even to get an interview for a part time shelf stacking job...

Thats the way a lot of retailers have went now though.... Fill the form in and don't bother with a CV

I've tried 3 times on different positions can't get the answers they want even though I'm thinking about the customer and other colleagues in mind I've answered sensibly even changed some but I'm not passing I think it's random and starting to think the questions are not relevant to who they let through annoying though

Don't think they will hire you tbh, you don't seem to be good with dates.

I got a job in Asda. I went to the training day then never showed up for my first shift as I unfortunately had another first day at another job. think I ended up choosing the wrong one to fob off haha.

A punnet of strawberries has been £2.50 for the majority of the year. The price has been reduced to £2.00.
What label should you use?
a) Half price
b) 20% off

Answer a. :p
