Tesco ClubCard points...

N00b questions from myself as some arrived this morning and I have nearly £100 in total some expiring this year :whistling:...

I'm tempted by a couple of the £9-12 of points for annual magazine subscriptions, can I set one of them so delivery is in another country? Cosmo i want sent to Barcelona Spain......

I have clubcard vouchers from multiple people, primarily my parents, friends and housemates from whom I've stolen/conned them off, does this affect how I can use my points?

What have people used them on in the past? The deals seem mostly focused on days out, services, restaurants etc and not tangible goods except the face value where I can use it in store, but of course I want the 4x value from the deals...

I think that only the holiday companies will only accept vouchers in the bookers name.

I've used a mix of vouchers for everything else from Days Out to Legoland and they've never been rejected.

I used some for Legoland vouchers and today ordered vouchers for the zoo and £60 Cafe Uno vouchers. Great value. Still got £95 left.

Is that, for example, sending tesco vouchers earned by yourself and another party in to tesco all together to exchange for one particular deal voucher.Certainly if you exchanged your vouchers online,it would not be possible to exchange combinations of different peoples vouchers.

Has everyone started receiving their vouchers then? I know we're due a statement...

don't worry about the expiry date schizo..we have it under good authority (from saxoappeal) that they will replace any vouchers near their expiry with new ones...if you want further advice PM saxo.

Airmiles was a joke, £10 in vouchers + £50 in real money charges for a flight BA would of charged me £59 for.

I went for a Top Gear subscription using vouchers (£12.67 in vouchers), none of which were in my name and not all at my address (not bad for what were a couple of 2minute computer related favours for housemate and friend), it was all accepted, we'll see if it goes through :)

I sent in for RAC Cover using costing £35ish of Clubcard vouchers and used vouchers from about 4 different accounts.

Not tried redeeming online.

Out of curiosity, is the £140 worth of cover worth it? Just wondering as cars are so reliable these days anyways, unless you have a Alfa Romeo or something... :)

Well the £35ish of cover paid for Family Cover with the RAC. That covers I think 6 of us. Family cover excludes Home Start so you have to be aware of that. I think it's good value because we're all high mileage drivers and it wouldn't be unusual for us to cover 30k per car and potentially need to be recovered from Glasgow to Kent. But this year no car has broken down!
