Anyone else missing tesco clubcard bonus or double points that were promised when they placed their orders?
I ask because we are:
ordered iphone in jan/feb - supposed to get 1000 bonus points, but only awarded 880 (being the double amount and no mention of bonus)
ordered cd/s some offering bonus points to be added a few months later I can't remember if it was 100 or 300 per cd. only awarded standard points
ordered a few electrical items - no mention of any points.
Unfortunately speaking to TCC customer services is a waste of time as they're limited to what info is available on their system and can only see 3 months (25.1.10 to 7.3.10). They can't give any breakdown of items you've purchased with their clubcard value or their bonus. They suggested we send an email giving details of what we should have been given and also recommended we wait longer in case they come in next statement.
Why can't Tesco Clubcards be like Nectar points, where you can go in your account and see exactly what's been awarded and when. Just think how many points disapear from their system instead of being allocated to their rightful customer.
