Tesco Clubcard tricks???

I have seen Ebooks on Ebay telling how to earn loads of extra Clubcard points, anyone know if this is worth buying?

Do Clubcard points get deducted when returning an item for a refund with receipt?

Any hints or cheats to share?

dealtaker, I've always wondered what happens when you buy items like TVs with your clubcard, then wander down to customer services and get a refund...

Same goes for Nectar points - if anything, these must be harder for Nectar to track than Tesco Clubcard?

It's pretty hit and miss to be honest but I've seem many stories of people made to look like they were ripping Tesco off and have been followed by security guards etc!

Surely you must have to produce a receipt when returning items, on this receipt will be the points awarded for the transaction; they will just deduct them.

Not all the time, but imo generally not worth the risk. If everyone abuses it then they'll take them off everytime!

I suggest you open several clubcard accounts - all you need is different email addresses and bank any codes as soon as you find them. Works for me. I earned the equivalent of £2000 last year. I used the photo deal today and if it works i'll receive £144 in points to be spent on deals ( I have 12 accounts - some in family names). Probably took an hour to register all of them so not a bad hourly rate.:)

I thought you were only allowed 3 clubcards registered to an address. Have you got them all linked so that you get just one lot of vouchers?

I have a tesco credit card which I use for all my purchases and pay off in full every month. This earns me a fair few points. Including my shopping ones (and I utilise any codes I can get my hands on with 3 accounts) I average £100 to £140 per quarter. It has been the lower amount recently with the absence of 1000 point codes recently.
