IM NEW TO HOTUK AND ADDICTED!
I JUST WANTED TO CHECK EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS, AS I ONLY JUST FOUND OUT, I HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE!
CLUBCARD VOUCHERS, WE ALL GET THEM! IF LIKE ME, YOU JUST GET THEM TAKEN OFF YOUR NEXT SHOPPING BILL, THINK AGAIN! HAVE A LOOK AT E.BAY COMPLETED LISTINGS, AS THEY ARE WORTH 4 X THEIR VALUE IN DEALS, PEOPLE WHO WANT THE DEALS (FOR FLIGHTS?, DAYTRIPS?, WHATEVER!) WILL PAY MUCH MORE THAN THE VALUE, 2-3 X ACTUALLY! YES, THATS OKAY IF YOU HAVE AN E.BAY ACCOUNT, I KNOW. ITS JUST A THOUGHT!, AND IF YOU LOOK AT E.BAY LOTS OF PEOPLE DO IT! PLEASE BE GENTLE!

I have watched them sell on ebay considering selling mine but you are lucky if you get double the voucher price so half the deal price

Plus, as of May 1st, ALL clubcard deals tokens will be printed with the Clubcard Cardholders' name, hence they will no longer be transferable, so they'll basically only be of use to the cardholder.

Clubcard points aren't SUPPOSED to be transferrable from person to person. There's no guarantee Tesco will accept them

I'm saving all of my club card vouchers up until christmas. joined the club thing in tesco. helping take the stress of the xmas shopping

Im sure that when ever i use the vouchers etc they ask for my clubcard as well - so dont know how people get away with selling them

anyway if you look on the Tesco website under Clubcard you will see that alot of companies are getting on the Clubcard deal and the money off vouchers you receive every four months are worth four times the amount.

companies like National Tyres, alton towers etc http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/

im saving up for my next open university course!! hopefully by the end of the year i will have paid for it!!

Thanks for the heads up, there are things I need which cannot be bought at Tesco or with their vouchers, therefore selling them for twice their face value seems like a good idea.

Thanks

This has been brought up time and time again

yes on some tokens you wont see a name the token is assigned to, on other ones you will see your first initial and then your surname.
it goes like this,
you gain points (shopping etc) - points get converted into vouchers (which are sent to you in quartely statements) - you send what ever voucher amount you want to clubcard deals - Deals then send you back tokens ..... these are the tokens people are selling on Flea bay.
Watch what you are doing and remember to ask or see a picture of the tokens before you buy.

my mum often gets the ones that are £2 off a £20 shop and they always go through the till when I use them with my clubcard
#14
think u r getting confused with clubcard deal vouchers and coupons
#15
yes they are COUPONS not vouchers which become tokens
#16
i never said above but if you want your tokens quicker then you can always order them online.
