can you get on their website to place an order?

£3.00-£6.00

I ordered the other day and there were 2 charges, £5.00 and £6.00 depending on time of day. Mine was delivered in the morning so paid £6.00 delivery

I dont want to add my whole shopping list in then find the delivery cost, and you cant find out beforehand. Thought it might be quicker to ask on here. Is it alot cheaper the later you order?
#6
You don't have to add it, just go to book a delivery slot.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the cheapest though, if I remember rightly.

i work on the picking side of tesco home delivery and you wouldnt believe the amount of people who book a delivery slot and place a few items into their basket and then forget about their order and a driver turns up on the day with items costing less than the delivery lol

How does that happen? You have to physically order and pay to get them delivered?

Asda have a min £25 spend for home deliveries, surprised but pleased tesco do not,
#12
No minimum, thankfully! I tend to reserve my spot with a couple of bits in the basket like milk and bread at £3 on a Friday, then actually do the shop on a Monday. I guess it can be easy to forget you've placed an order if you don't put a mobile number with them. If you do then you get a couple of texts reminding you that you have a delivery booked.

you dont pay until they are picked. I book slots a couple of weeks in advance as the prices go up the closer you get to the delivery date. You have to check out.

I'm not stupid enough not to set a reminder to cancel if I dont want the order though.

Where would I be without LOTUS ORGANISER :) - 15 year old software and still havent come across anything better for reminders.
