my daughter fell in a tesco and hit her collor bone on a wheel. in front of staff, not one member of staff came over to us. i had to go to customer service of my own back to log it in their accident book, incase she ever went to a and e and they asked about old injury. cover my back, but i could prob sue, for emtional destress or summink rediculous. doesnt mean i would!!
