When you receive your delivery, do you find yourself thinking, 'I'm sure I ordered that', with stuff thats missing, or 'I definitely didn't order that!', with stuff that you use, buts added anyways

I've just got my order, and I damn well know I added milk and bread, staple items they know I cant do without, so they miss them off so I have to drive to the store, knowing I will buy other stuff when I get there

I've had this happen but when I've gone back and checked the confirmation email I've found that they weren't on the list so couldn't blame tesco. Have found out it's when I've lost connection on the lappy and they haven't gone into my basket!

Yeah see, its stuff thats not even on the invoice, I know I added it to my order, but in the processing part of it, its suddenly gone. I've not been charged for it, its just like I never ordered it, but I remember it being in my shopping basket, as i review it before submitting it for payment, and I remember changing the milk from 5 to 6.

No I doubt it is done intentionally ... I know they do put in substitutes if something is out of stock though. Probably whoever packs it is prone to the odd mistake too if doing it everyday all day long. (Shouldn't happen but with human nature sadly does!)

Can't get tesco delivery here, only Asda, i love when they replace an out of stock item with something much better than u ordered in the first place and don't charge any extra.

that very nice asda are much better than tesco, use to go tesco but if they replaced item and it cost more they charge you the difference i use to think they did it on purpose :w00t:
