i took a photo of the meals and receipt as the lady on the till was very rude and kept telling the boss i had ordered the meals given to me and nope the label is on the inside and the hanger stated 15/16 but on the inner label says 9/10.

I would phone the store and ask to speak to the manager...
then you can complain in the comfort of your own home - and tell the manager if you are not happy with his response you want his name and the number of head office to tell them what a shambles he is running...

good luck - and dont back down on it...

ring thier customer service department

I always check the actual label before buying.... hangars can be very deceptive if they're swapped around.

Alot of hassle to go through to possibly get a few free vouchers. Id sit down on your sofa, chill out with a glass of wine glad that your bad day is over and forget about it, safe in the knowledge that you have learnt a valuable life lesson of checking clothing labels before purchasing and not to take a sticker on a hanger as gospel :)

speaking from experience you can write, email or go back
but you will get nothing.
I think it's time that customers that have been through similar
experiences like you and myself remember to not go back.........

Trouble is, we all know to check labels, but can forget from time to time.
As for Tesco, so many mistakes in one trip. That store obviously has serious problems! I agree you should phone and complain, should get something as an apology. They should also be grateful to customers who flag up what is actually going on in their shop

Ahh what a day! One of thse where you should have just stayed in bed eh!

OP

(I'm expecting to get moaned at considerably)

You should be using to not too. Really annoying me... Although if you've sent your email off already, well... Not much use now. Just for future reference @)

Sorry, but it was so annoying >.<

I would agree though that you should put a complaint in - That many problems in one trip surely can't be a good thing.
