Tesco issue World Cup Insult

I was in a Tescos southport the other day and I noticed as I walked down the corridor of beers at the entrance looking more like a temple of all things booze, I came across a sign and a display stand "Hate Footbal ?". Yes Yes I do hate football. The stand and things I should consider buying, hair dryer, hair colour packs, womens magazines like Hello and Go, women books, oh and some itunes vouchers.

I'm a man! What an insult and only reenforcing my hatred of the circus called football.

Oh BTW before you couch football supporters get on fire, I actually do enjoy playing football and 5 aside every month in the gym. I just find it totally boring to watch, and the whole circus surrounding these over pomped nancy boys and talentless wags.

I don't get it.

Was the OK magazine a good read?
#3
Well I'm a female and couldn't agree with you more.

The fact that Rio someone had hurt himself knocked the story of one of our soldier being KILLED from the headlines, now that is disgusting!

Your not a real man if you dont like football I'm afraid. Didn't those urges to kiss your best friend give anything away ?

You have kind of just set yourself up to recieve abuse here
#9
go on then, what do you like?
#10
Isn't hatred a little strong? I could sorta understand it if we were talking about BG1...............
#11
i play football 2 times a week

but watching it is another story, 9 out of 10 games are boring to me, then i gotta hear my mates arguing with each other for hours about their teams - what a waste of time!

why do people post random moans like this? even worse is the fact that someone got so upset they had to remeber a tescos display stand and then post it on here after shopping

strange

My David LLoyd has outdoor 5-a-side football. Technically it's not in the "gym" part of the building but gym is the word I'd use to call the whole place.

I bet many of football supporters finished kicking balls when they was 15 and left school and walked straight into a boozer to watch it on TV, forever ! If I see football on a TV in a pub I walk out, its not something I like so why should I bother frequenting such a place. My hatred of all things football is resolute after being looked down upon, judged and scorned all my life by football supporters and their crap match talk, really nothing worse than being trapped in a room with them talking endless football drivel and being accused of being "boring".

I found i'm not alone though and even Alexi Sayle hates football and being from Liverpool, its rather like wearing a cross upside down.

Acutally my uni has a gym that does indoor football though its generally the sports degree students doing it and the regular students play on field so mudyd that your shoes sink into the mud and you have to pull your feet to get out!

I kinda "hate" football too as it feels a bit overhyped though have enjoyed certain games over the years when in the right mood like watching a Man U game with a friend before(and it was a female lol) and watched the World Cup in 98 and have seen some Euro tournament and World Cup games over the years but it was more a bit of a mild enjoyment at most.

I hate watching football with woman. They know nothing about the sport, and either ask question after question, pretend they know whats going on or try to copy you and jump up and down making irritating noises everytime the ball moves or goes off for a corner
