Hi, i am wondering if anyone can help me. I have the £10 tesco contract. last month bill dated 8/10/10-8/11/10 i was charged £78 for excessive usage. this month ive been really careful and not gone over my allowance however i recieved a bill dated 22/10/10-8/12/10 for £26. When ive rang tesco to ask why ive been charged for a date in oct, a bill which ive already paid they have said they forgot to charge me for that particular date last month and so have charged me this month. Is this allowed? if they missed it off the bill isnt this their mistake?

What is it that you are going over on? ie texts, minutes or data?

excessive usage i would imagine internet, what limit do you have if it is internet

i went over on minutes which i paid the bill for but now they have taken more money out and sed its coz they forgot to last month

Ask them for a full breakdown of charges, also upgrade to the unlimited minutes plan

thanx guys....just cant manage to speak to anyone tho...ive rang 3 times and they sed it needs to be looked into and will get sumone to call me back... today they have asked me to leave it with them for a few days
