Today, I received the following email:
This is a courtesy e-mail regarding your recent Tesco Entertainment order.
Unfortunately, due to a technical error, no payment was taken for one or more
copies of Halo Reach. We will now be processing your payment within the next 48
hours to complete your transaction with Tesco Entertainment. You may receive a
despatch e-mail, however we can confirm your product(s) was despatched on 11th
September which, you should now have received.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Having checked, they are right... they haven't taken the payment (but I have the product)...
MY QUESTION: Do I HAVE to pay this sum of money to them? Legally?
