Wonder if Tesco uses same supplier as Iceland? Bought some BCC from Iceland yesterday; reasonably sure 385g.

This is purely a nut allergy issue as this batch contains cashew nuts. Probably would have been worth stating in the thread title to increase clarity and decrease wider alarm.

Are we not in 2017? So these would have been consumed by now.

Thanks, that is much more useful info.

Oh, the horror. Wait a sec, no nut allergy here. Shock level returned to zero.

Why not just put stickers on it saying "contains nuts", instead of throwing thousands of them in the bin? Would be so much easier.

Sensationalist headline. Adding ' Nut Allergy' would be the sensible option but I guess the intention is cause maximum fear.

I imagine 99.9999% will live after consuming this product

I made a reference to this earlier today, received a reply, & quoted both my original comment plus the reply.

If I had a nut allergy which could potentially kill me I would only eat food cooked and prepared from fresh by myself to be honest. I would not trust food manufacturers one bit with my life. Who knows what is in stuff that is not on the label, we take their word for it.
