No harm in asking for a replacement, worst they can say is no, they will repair it.

tbh if they repair it then thats all good, but i dont really like the idea its had these faults already before its even a year old, god knows what else will happen once it ages a bit more

i would say your not happy for it to be repaired again, what if the same fault happens out of warrenty then you wont be covered, is there another tv in tesco that you like, maybe if you see you have seen one that is slightly dearer they will probably let you as they are making more money. i found this worked in jessops, even though i will never shop there again especially in the bolton store, i think they employ idiots lol it took me 5 trips to the shop to sort out swapping a camera, which isnt easy with 2small kids, luckly its only 10mins walk away.

Try going direct to Sony, worst case scenario they tell you to take it up with Tesco.

they are saying it must go for repair, i explained i was not happy with my TV being repaired for a second fault in less than a year as the TV is obviously faulty and the guy was adamant that it must be sent off for repair......

last time it was repaired i was without my tv for 12 bloomin days

any help or do i need to just swallow what they have said

ps im just heading out the door to zumba class will be back on later thanks in advance
