I am convinced a Goodsphere saved my sister's life, she had a snake and a hamster die within a week of each other, then had her boiler checked, it was condemned, she also has a wood burning fire when that wa checked she was told not to use until it had been repaired and services and chimney swept, and she was told it was probably that that killed the two pets, she is so very lucky, she uses a goodsphere, as do I, and it cleans the air, I believe it saved her.
So everyone out there get Carbon Monoxide Detectors, preferably the plug in ones and be safe.

The goodsphere doesnt actually remove carbon monoxide from the air! LOL!
Thats the most dangerous piece of mis-information I've ever read on HUKD!

Indeed.

This sorta thread further emphasises the need to service your heating appliances on a regular basis.

Glad she and her family are ok.

I dont know much about carbon monoxide and didnt until this happened, I presumed that having an air purifyer may have helped clean the air and as her two animals had died within a week of each other was just so glad that she was ok, so people take no notice of the air purifyer bit but please take notice of getting a Carbon Monoxide Detector:thumbsup:
