The Mobile Outlet is in Administration - no cashback!

It appears that The Mobile Outlet has gone into administration today.

I have just checked with Compnaies House and The Mobile Outlet, registered as Mobile Matters (UK) Limited, company number 04787711. It was still operating when I checked yesterday.

Does this mean I have no way of getting any of my cashback claims?

Can anyone help?

My guess is that the only return you will get will be via the liquidators. (And will be substantially less than you are due!)

I think its safe to say that any cashback deals taken now, should be via more reliable (ie safer) outlets.

Most others have now been forced out of the market.

I suggest:

*Carphone Warehouse
- e2save
- OneStopPhoneShop
- The Phone Spot
*Dial-a-phone
*Phones4U
- Mobiles2YourDoor
*The Link

I've lost out on £420 pounds, but it was inevitable really. I really wanna switch to a lower tariff but t mobile wont let me. Is it worth writing in to the ceo or something explaining my situation?

i would also like to know if they will be able to be drop me on to a lower monthly cost as its just no way i can afford this £420 contract!

how do i go about claiming any money now??

EDIT: just got off from T-Mobile, and they were unable to lower my tariff, they said all they could do was lower it by £5 from £35pm to £30pm(which is useless but every £ counts i suppose) until the end of my current contract, so i took this up in the meantime while i look for better ways to get my money back.
