Going to Slovakia today... Anyone been and got recommendations of good places to go/things to do? Is it worth getting the train to Vienna?

We got the coach from bratislava to vienna only took about 1-2 hours and only cost something like £30 for us both (probably cheaper but I cant remember). I preffered Bratislava to Vienna sa Im not big into the artsy - museum - palace scene but Vienna's good for the UN and fairground.

Sorry didn't see this earlier. If you get online in Bratislava the twincityliner is best way into Vienna along the Danube :

Thanks! We did indeed get the twin city liner to Vienna! Luke - clearly you know nothing about Slovakia if you think Hostel is a good representation of it! One of the best cities out there - such a relaxed attitude and the people are much more friendly than the English!!!

Good stuff it's a lovely place. Wish i had tried that 'alien' restaurant on top of the bridge but maybe next time :)
