Watch SD content
Xbox 360 with HD Drive
soon to get bluray on ps3 or standalone
Maybe Sky HD if i can get it.

Very true, maybe im being too quick off the mark here. New technology will be out in new year which will drive down the prices hopefullly.

What TV have you got at home? Are you waiting on anything?

Wouldnt get LED though - wait 3 years for OLED

I am not convinced by the LED backlight tvs. The auto dimming feature is annoying and in my mind the colour accuracy is poor. For example the whites have too much blue in them. So if you want to buy a new tv I woyld advise a Panasonic plasma.
