Im going to try and make this long story as short as possible! .....
Three phone company phoned me up Nov 08 and asked me if i wanted to upgrade my phone with a cheaper deal , so i did.
Then since Dec 08 double payments started getting taken out my bank. I didnt realize this till March 09 and cancelled my direct debits.
I spoke to Three and they said i needed to cancel my direct debit for old phone as i had a new contract. I said they should have done that as standard, and that i wasnt told to cancel the old.
They said i would have been told. I said its common sense that if i was told i would cancel. No-one would pay twice for phone they dont use anymore.
I told them to go back to conversation, as they said they are all recorded. They said the Convo has now been deleted.
They owe me 40.41, and wont reimburse me. They only offered me 10 pound credit as good will gesture, but i refused.
The bill is due on my current phone. I said i wanted the 40.41 knocked off future bills, then i will happily set up direct debit again. They said no, and cut my phone off today.
I have 2 kids, and need my phone so i was forced to pay. I have wrote to them and spoke to supervisors, and always get the same no answer.
I beleive the negligence is on their part, and they have been fraudulant, but im not sure what else i can do.
Can anyway advise me, or been in a similar situation and resolved it?
