Three phone sent to my address by mistake what do I do?

My daughter who had a contract with Three was sent a new mobile but it was sent to my address and not hers. I have not opened the phone and because of this mistake she has cancelled the contract. Three have not picked the phone even though they know I have got it. I know the phone will be blocked but surely they pick it up sometime. I just don't know what to do with it.

contact them via letter, give them 30 days to make arrangements to get it or pay you to send it in advance, or you will dispose of anyway you see fit (such as sell it)

My daughter was told that they would send a courier to pick it up that was a month ago.

As above, but ask them to send the returns label and ensure you have proof of posting.

Unless of course you're really seeking assistance with a guide on maximising your potential to keep this phone legally. In which case, you must let them know that you have unsolicited goods (do this in writing) and that you intend to dispose/charge for storage unless picked up within xx timeframe.

No doubt someone will be along shortly with the actual procedure to be followed.

Didn't think it would be of any use to anyone as it most certainly would be blocked.

you mean like this

Depends on the phone really someone on the bay will probably buy it anyway and why should you go through the trouble and expense of returning it since it is not your mistake.

My daughter lives down south and I live up north! She did phone and complain hence why she is not with them anymore and are supposedly picking the phone up.

Be careful with '3' they have a nasty habit of charging you when you least expect it.
Good Luck in whatever you decide!
