Well, i'm not sure if this has been posted, but i walked into a Spar near Piccadilly Circus, and what was staring at me in the face? Tim Hortons! they seem to do pretty much everything but Timbits :(. But It's still Timmys!

i hear that there are more here:

-Spar, Piccadilly Circus, London
-15 other Spars
-Road Chef, Clackett Lane, M25, UK
-The Queen Medical Centre Hospital, Nottingham, England
-Metro Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne

For those of you don't know, Tim Hortons is a Canadian franchise specializing in Coffee and Doughnuts. They are amazing.

Sorry, if i'm a bit late, i'm just excited.

OMG, I've just done a bit of Googling and there's a new SPAR at Manchester Airport which sell Tim Hortons stuff...... and the best bit?? I'll be flying out of there on Monday!!!!!

Woohoooooooooooooooo, I am sooo happy!

For those that have been to a SPAR selling this stuff, what do they actually sell? Cuz I love the donuts and bagels.

Hi Guys, i work for one of the Spar companies that are introducing Tim Hortons into a number of stores. The curreny range is the usual tea coffee & hot chocolate in regular and large sizes. Also available are 8 varieties of donuts and 3 muffins. Sites at present for us are Haymarket (Picadilly), Battlefield Roundabout Shrewsbury, Gwersyllt Wrexham, Sleaford, Louth, Manchester Airport Terminal 2 with more to come in 2009. Enjoy

I went to the one at Man Airport last week and was disappointed that they didn't have bagels and my 2 fav donuts but the couple of donuts I did have were yum!

Oh, and they didn't have French Vanilla Cappucino :-(

Still, was happy to eat quality donuts after so long!

I was watching a news report on TV today and it was about the piggy fever spreading around the world. It was being filmed in Manchester airport. Anyway There I was looking at the screen, when in the background I see a advertising sign for Tim Hortons!! I had to rub my eyes and move closer to the screen to see if this was correct.

For those who do not know about TH it sells the most amazing Coffee and Hot chocolate, plus muffins and donuts. I go to Canada (Toronto) quite frequently as I have cousins there and the first place we hit is Tim Hortons. They're everywhere there, even in gas stations. I live in London so I need to find out where my nearest is here. They should open 1 up in the Westfield shopping center. Can't imagine that the prices are going to be the same as in Toronto........ the UK being ripp off Britain it is.

In most SPAR shops, there will be a TIM HORTONS stand. No Tim bits though. But you can get some doughnuts and THE COFFEE!!!!!!!! I bought 2 today. I went to the SPAR in Becton. Its next to The Crown Royal Hotel. And I have been told there is a SPAR on the ISLE OF DOGS next to the AUDI dealership. The address for the Becton one is SPAR, Unit 1, Western Gateway, London E16 1BS.
The man who runs the shop, is used to crazy CANADIANS coming in to find their FAV coffee. He is very nice and will answer all questions you may have. So happy hunting and ENJOY. I will find the one on the Isle of dogs and post address when I get it.
LOVE TIM HORTONS!!!!!!!!!:w00t::w00t: £1.59 for a lg coffee. AWESOME!!!!

Hi Guys, I'm from Canada. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I love Tim Hortons Coffee. I have a sister who lives in England. She's somewhere in Andover Hampshire. I'm saving up some money to visit her in the next year of so. I came across this site because I'd googled "Tim Hortons UK". I wanted to know if there were any Tims locations close to where she lives. Does anyone know of any? From the looks of it, I may just have to bring a couple of cans of coffee with me and make my own. I already buy the 1kg can of Tim Hortons coffee. I go through about 1 can a month making a half pot of a 12 cup coffee maker every morning. I want to visit Manchester as well, so I'm glad to see that there's a Tims at the airport. I read some of the comments on this site before posting my own; A couple of the comments said that some of the Tims locations only sold doughnuts and not the coffee. Well, I go to Tim Hortons for the coffee, doughnuts are secondary. I also love the "English Toffee Cappuchino"; I always get an xlg whenever I go to buy my can of coffee.

I liked your comment; It gave me some of the info I'd been looking for regarding Tim Hortons in the UK. After I read your comments I decided to register myself on this site so I could post comments of my own. I posted my first comment at 9:42am today(Winnipeg Time), Sept 04, 2010; It's comment #20 if you wish to reply to it. I'm interested in finding Tims locations in other parts of England as well; Some of the cities I visit when I do come to England will depend a lot on whether I can get my favourite coffee fix or not! It's 6:10pm here in Winnipeg so I'm guessing it's 12:10 midnight there. You probably won't get this message right away; I look forward to hearing from you when you do! Bye for now, it's been nice talking to you! You

I don't think you'll find one near Andover, I live near there and have never heard of them! There is a Krispy Kreme in Southampton and Portsmouth which is the only place I have found that does yummy donuts.
I hope you manage to come over to the UK and see your sister soon, there is so much to do and see you will have a lovely time!

krispy kremes are bleurgh! very artifical tasting....tim hortons wins hands down!

Don't diss the KK, they are so yummy! I get treated to them about twice a year as I don't have one particularly close to me and I just love them, especially the plain glazed ones or chocolate iced ones. mmmmmm.
#26
I've never heard of Krispy Kremes; At least not in Winnipeg. I think they're popular in the US. But, as I said previously, it's not so much the doughnuts for me, it's the coffee. Thanks for all your input though, guys. I look forward to reading some more of your comments. If anyone knows of any locations of Tims stores anywhere in England, or places that sell their products, I'd really appreciate hearing from you. Thanks, bye for now!
#27
SS there is a store in bluewater that does the KK...... u watch them being made....really cool...how lame am i!!

good luck on the TH search lorna!

I didn't even know they have it here until you bumped up this thread lol. You should just bring a tin from Canada if you must have it. Otherwise, why not try a proper Americano in the cafe here in the UK? I used to drink coffee at Country Style and Timmys but now I wouldn't go there anymore when I visit Canada because their coffee just doesn't taste as good as a cup of Americano.
