Ur gonna be in trouble!!!

Vanish is all I can suggest, although I heard something about viniger too but I would wait till someone else is here coz not sure that's any good on carpets!!:giggle:

scrape off what you can, then use 1001 spray or something similar - don't rub just pat with kitchen roll and stanad on pieces of kitchen roll until the area is dry

Soak as much of it us as possible using kitchen towel and whilst it's still fresh spray vanish carpet cleaner on it, leave for a while and then rub in the vanish and the ketchup should come off and disappear. Re-appliation may be necessary. Good luck.

Blot it first as it removes a large percentage of the spillage!

as long as it's not a beige or white carpet(cos it will show slightly) - I'd just use a clean cloth dipped in some warm water - don't rub vigorously though, a steady circular motion should do the trick for you :)
