Anything to keep me awake or could there be something wrong with me as have put on 4 stone in 2 months and had a lot of stomach cramps and I just assumed everything was down to bad sleeping pattern but in last 3 weeks alone have been sleeping like 10-14 hours a day and feeling exhausted. and sick.
I did start to force myself to go to bed like midnight to 1am each day and have 8-10 hours sleep but feel really tired all day long.
I dont take any caffeine so wondered if that would help.
But the huge increase in weight doubled with the fact im sleeping huge hours worries me.
My wrist and shoulder is painful a lot too where I broke it as a teenager and my joints always ache.
Any idea whats wrong?
