friend has this. Apparently CS are awful and he has had a few technical problems dont know if that is any worse than other providers

been with tiscali for 3 years now. moved home about 5 months ago took them about 3-4 weeks after connection to get broadband working. they did give me £30 credit but it was very annoying at the time.

its cheap and cheerful.

I've been with Tiscali and I can honestly say it was a complete and utter farce!
Bad download speeds, Help was appalling and they screwed up the billing.

Now with PlusNet and they are just the bees knees!

I wouldn't touch Tiscali with a bargepole, I frequently see a lot of speed issues with their service and their customer services are appalling. I've had to deal with them several times for other people who have been fobbed off when phoning technical support themselves.
