Tiscali POP3 Settings?

I've installed Windows Live Mail and have half managed to configure a Tiscali Mail Account to above programme .All old emails pulled through, put it won't allow me to send.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide? I've ensured "My server requires..." is ticked, and even tried to change the SMTP port from 110 to 587, but still no joy?

Cheers

It was my nans computer. She wanted to go back to Outlook so deleted Thunderbird. I still have a problem though - when using outlook, it wont connect to tiscali broadband (dial up - speedtouch). I have to connect onto tiscali by clicking IE or on control panel
