Tiscali POP3 Settings?

  I had a simular problem with the bt pop server, from what I can remember there is a box "requires authenication" I think this is in tools options and maybe securtiy but it was agesa ago
  
  A here wrote it down tools accounts properties click servers tick my server requires authentication

  It was my nans computer. She wanted to go back to Outlook so deleted Thunderbird. I still have a problem though - when using outlook, it wont connect to tiscali broadband (dial up - speedtouch). I have to connect onto tiscali by clicking IE or on control panel

  can access it via IE (tiscali site), but I cant scroll down to read the emails :x Im sure with OE, its summit to do with the ports
